Kulturelle Bildung - Cultural Education

ARBOS - Gesellschaft für Musik und Theater verfügt über eine eigene Abteilung zur kulturellen Bildung, um Menschen einen erweiterten Zugang zu Kunst und Kultur zu vermitteln, wie er über den konventionellen Bildungsweg nicht möglich ist. Der Weg der kulturellen Bildung eröffnet ein weites Feld der Betätigung durch Vorlesungen, Praktika, Kultur- und Bildungsprojekte an der HLMW-9 Michelbeuern, dem BIG in Wien, der MS 5 Klagenfurt-Wölfnitz auch im Verbund mit gehörlosen Schülerinnen und Schülern der Bildungsdirektion Kärnten der VS 20 Klagenfurt-Viktring. Dazu existiert seit dem Jahr 1993 eine Akademie der Darstellenden Künste in Österreich für Gehörlose, Hörbehinderte, Taubblinde bzw. Hör- und Sehbehinderte aber auch Mehrfachbehinderte. Diese Wege der kulturellen Bildung schließen gleichermaßen junge Leute und Erwachsene ein. Und es existiert die Vision, aus dem Nukleus der kulturellen Bildung eine Europäische Universität der Speziellen Künste zu entwickeln, der Zugang zu allen Kunstrichtungen für Behinderte bietet auch gleichermaßen für junge Leute und Erwachsene.

ARBOS - Company for Music and Theatre has its own department for cultural education in order to give people extended access to art and culture, which could be offered through conventional education. The path of cultural education opens up a wide field of activity through lectures, internships, cultural and educational projects at the HLMW-9 Michelbeuern in Vienna (Higher Educational Institution for Fashion and Economy), the BIG in Vienna (The National Institute for Deaf Education), the MS 5 Klagenfurt-Wölfnitz (Secondary High School), also in cooperation with deaf students from the Carinthian Education Directorate at the VS 20 Klagenfurt-Viktring. In addition, since 1993 as there has been established an academy of performing arts in Austria for the deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, hard of hearing and visually impaired, but also for people with multiple disabilities. These offerings of cultural education include young people and adults in the same way. And there is the vision of developing a European University of Special Arts from the nucleus of cultural education, which offers access to all forms of art for the handicapped, also for young people and adults alike.
